Wasinc International is currently seeking B737 EFIS/NG Captains for OK Airways located in Beijing, China. There are two types of contracts available, a five year and a three year.

Five Year contract Details:

  • China Based (total $15,900 per month to $18,700 per month plus bonuses)
    • $14,400 per month base salary
    • $1,500 per month housing allowance
    • $6,000 yearly ticket allowance
    • 8 hard days off per month (average 10-12)
    • 36 days paid annual leave
    • Overtime: $300/hour for flight time over 960 hours per year
    • Base salary for 2nd year, $15,400, 3rd year $16,400, 4th year $16,800, 5th year $17,200
    • Loyalty Bonus: Starting in the 6th year, $24,000 per year
    • Safety Bonus: 1st year: $10,000, 2nd year: $12,000, 3rd year: $14,000
    • Education allowance (for children attending school in China): 50% reimburse up to $6000/year
  • Commuter A (total $14,400 per month to $16,500 per month plus bonuses)
    • 9 weeks on and 3 weeks off
    • $13,400 per month
    • $1,000 per month housing allowance
    • $8,000 yearly ticket allowance
    • no annual paid leave
    • Overtime: $200/hour for flight time over 880 hours per year
    • Base salary for 2nd year, $14,200, 3rd year $14,700, 4th year, $15,100, 5th year $15,500
    • Loyalty Bonus: Starting the 6th year, $24,000 per year
    • Safety Bonus: 1st year: $8,000, 2nd year: $10,000, 3rd year: $12,000
  • Commuter B (total $$14,900 per month to $17,000 per month plus bonuses)
    • 3 weeks on and 1 week off, or 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
    • $13,900 per month
    • $1,000 per month housing allowance
    • $8,000 yearly ticket allowance

    • Overtime: $300/hour for flight time over 960 hours per year
    • Base salary for 2nd year, $15,000, 3rd year $16,000

  • Commuter B (total $$14,500 per month to $15,800 per month plus bonuses)
    • 3 weeks on and 1 week off, or 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
    • $13,500 per month
    • $1,000 per month housing allowance
    • $8,000 yearly ticket allowance
    • no annual paid leave
    • Overtime: $200/hour for flight time over 900 hours per year
    • Base salary for 2nd year, $14,300, 3rd year $14,800
    • Loyalty Bonus: 4th year, $14,400. 5th year, $19,200. 6th year+, $24,000 per year
    • Safety Bonus: 1st year: $8,000, 2nd year: $10,000, 3rd year: $12,000
  • Training pay: $7,900 per month during training. Maximum training pay is 90 days.
  • Sick Leave: 8 days per year.
  • Travel Support Benefits:
    • For option 1: (4) round trip international tickets from Tianjin to the crew member's home per year. These tickets are valid for eligible family members. maximum value $6,000
    • For option 2/3: (6) round trip international tickets from Tianjin to the crew member's home per year. These tickets are valid for eligible family members. maximum value $8,000
    • For both options above: (2) confirmed domestic tickets and unlimited standby tickets in China on OK Air flight network. Unlimited standby tickets on OK Air network.
    • Contract termination penalty: $3,000 if less than 60 days advance notice.

    • Salary paid offshore. Expat tax benefits may apply

    • Apartment rental assistance provided
    • Chinese speaking support staff provided day-to-day support with "living in China" issues
