I believe the B-1B production run was completed just a few years before STARTs implementation.

Saw a lot of Ds go to the bone yard in 1982-83, had one blowen 7 out of 8 tires on landing just before the morning soties arrival push. All i got to say is poor KTUS tower ( for about 45 minutes)

I was hunting on Vandenberg AFB when the Russians were on the base. We were given clear directions on which roads to take because the Russians where allowed to take our shot guns.

How in the hell could Russians be allowed to take your hunting shotguns while on a base in CA? That does not compute.
