Probably so. Looks like the same one in the KC-135s. In the -135 back in the day, the boom operator would operate the sextant and take the sun/moon shots, while the Navigator did the computations.

There is a Peacemaker at the Offutt museum in town. It's amazing how these bombers make planes like the B17, B29, and yes even the B52 look small.
