Awesome Photo!

That is freakin awesome!!!

Yeah, we need to start a thread where JC Members post pictures like this.

I think we need to have a photo competition, however, I think topping an F-15 is going to be really hard, unless we get MikeD or someone with a stealth.....

Hacker,
Sweet photo! Glad to see things are still going well.. I used to read your SUPT journal all the time years ago in high school. Also on the SPN boards. Be safe over there!

Hey Hacker15E, how long it's gonna be before we get to see you in an F-22? :)

Probably never...I'm just too old at this point (funny to say as a 30-something!), and the CSAF recently stated that only F-15C pilots would be transitioning over to it for the time being.

This is probably my last fighter assignment...there are probably T-38s and/or T-6s in my future!

Is there a story behind your call-sign "Hacker"?

There is...but it's a far better story told over a cold one than over the internet. It has to do with computers....not being a bad golfer, setting the time on my watch, or cutting up someone with a blade.

I remember watching a show on discovery about a plane shot down in Serbia, spend a number of dies in hiding in the woods - I believe the call sign was Hacker 15. Was that you?

Are you serious? Damn! I thought it's the older, more experienced dudes that get to ride our money :D

Not likely! The plane shot down was an F-16. Scott O'Grady was the pilot in question and I'm fairly certain he's since retired from the military.

You are right - and he was Basher. Been a while since I heard that story.

Yup, that's me in the pic...just took it two days ago on a mission over southern Afghanistan.

Next time I'll raise the visor so you can at least see my eyes.
Cool!!!

Although the photo Doug posted is freakin' awesome as it is!!! (no offense to you, bro ;) ).

Hey Hacker15E, are you the Eagle driver who wrote the article on the F-15E for Warbird Aero Press?

If so, great article!

Well, it's official. I broke down and made the pic my wallpaper too!

Call me lame if you want......but, the photo is way cool and deserves to be looked at....REGULARLY!

:drool::drool:

Awesome pic.

Thanks for the service Hacker. A relative of mine just got back from flying F-16s over in Iraq.
