AVIT 325 over the summer

So what is it most people have trouble with when doing this over the summer? Or the course in general regardless when it's taken?

I'll be done with 323/4 here shortly and its probably a good idea to start studying up on flows and systems and whatnot.

Get the flows down. I went and sat in the sim when they were available to practice flows. It sames a lot of time(mmoney). You basically want to get that aircraft to the end of the runway in less than 10 minutes. I would also see if you can find someone that is in 325 and be their loft partner so you have a taste of what is to come.

D is for DONE
Yeah that's right. I got a D once in a 3 credit non-aviation-related class. I had never gotten anything below a B, but I somehow managed to get a D. I can care less to retake it at this point. It probably only lowered my GPA by .001 points anyway because of how many credits I have. I guess I made it up by getting an A instead of a B in another class - you can look at it that way.

I got a C in borho, and A's in everythign else with a total of 19 credits, (15)academic) it brought my GPA down to a 3.4667567. so I stand 19 credits with a 3.47. But After this sem with Physics and 102 not doing so hot in either one, so ggrrr....LOl D is for Done C is for Cool F is for "yeh yeh FOO!!!" lol

I think F is for Fuċked :D I mean "Fuct" to keep in G rated.

whats the difference between a 2.5 GPA and a 3.5 GPA???

the amount of fun you had :)

a 2.5 gpa diploma is worth just as much as a 3.5

/things to remember.

You thread hijacking punks! :)

Can you get started on the next flight lab early if you finish your current one? Im guessing no for the flights, but what about briefings and sims?

Im gona try to get the same instructor I have now for 323, so that should make it a little easier to do.

Aw hell, by the time anyone reads this I will have alread asked someone personally. Oh well, it adds to my total post count.

Is the weather all that bad over the summer? I remember a few guys posting threads on here saying they were having trouble. Im essentially stuck with a late afternoon launch. Which is probably the worst time when there's even a hint of convective activity.

I have a feeling I'm biting off a little more than I can chew with 8 credits, a flight lab, and work. I'll have to see I guess. Im just a little concerned weather is gona be a pain in the arse.

The weather over the summer isn't really all that bad. Sure, there are T-storms, and you'll prolly be weathered a few times due to them. I don't think it's anything worth fretting over. Last summer, I had an afternoon launch and I think I WX it maybe two times due to T-storms. Multi would be a fun course to take over the summer. A lot of it is instrument work, and you could pick up some actual time!

Yeah, thats pretty much the main reason I want to take multi over the summer. To get some actual instrument. I don't know what it is, but the hood gets me in a bad mood(usually because I know it's beautiful out and I can't look outside :) ) and I actually fly worse with the hood than I do in actual.

problem is the clouds are usually out of range in the summer. they are much lower in the winter
