"Color deficient" to be precise haha.
I can see color, just get some mixed up some times, and can't pass the ishihara test (the dots).
Even if I couldn't see any color I could still fly in the day, just not at night.
I'm in the process of getting my restriction removed from my medical now.

In very limited instances, yes. For example, right now I am one of two pilots flying thru the Caribbean enroute to San Juan from Ft. Lauderdale. I'm sitting at a resort in "Provo" typing this. Seniority has it's perks however limited they might be. This is by far the coolest thing I have ever done in relation to aviation and it was made possible by putting my time in with the company and getting to the top of the seniority pile.

Nope, we'll be 121'ing back on the 20th from San Juan. However, we are ready to redo Tampa so I'll see if I can get down there again. When we flew down yesterday we went right over Zypherhills and I thought about you. Was trying to see if any gliders were in the air but didn't see any.

If you are below 8,000, I would always keep your eyes peeled around glider ports. They like to hide exactly 500' below clouds, look there first :)
