I could agree, but can't wait for the movie

Kinda liked it. Mostly seemed to be about how amazing it is that we can move all these sentient meat-sacks around to have various chemical/emotional reactions about going places and seeing things, rather than about OMG, look it's John Travolta (or whoever) stroking his/her ego and being self-impressed. The truly impressive thing about aviation is that, deep down, it's just a way of getting things (and people who are, at least physically, just things) from one place to another, fast. And, all pissing and moaning aside, it is sort of incredible. My great-grandparents went (by train) on their honeymoon to Niagra Falls (from Kentucky). It took something like a week, and when they got back, people treated them like they'd been to the freaking moon. Imagine.

Aviation is amazing. For reasons that have zero to do with pilots being speshul.
