Fractionals used to look like a good job, but NetJets just furloughed 500 pilots less than a year ago.

Year??? It was less than a month ago (483....Jan 16th).

NetJets is still a good job and one of the best places to be, but will continue to be very competitive to get in the door.

It will always be competitive to get in the door because it is a good job and one of the best places to be. Schedule, pay, equipment, QOL...not bad 'tall.
