Can anyone comment on their experience in the dispatch program at AIM Orlando campus? Im having a hard time finding any reviews on this school for this program. Thanks!
 
AIM just started this program within the last couple of years. The Dispatcher Training Program was established by an ex-American Airlines dispatcher, who had previously set up the program at what is now IFOD, Institute of Flight Operations and Disaptch in Dallas.
 
Did you attend the program or have you heard anything good/bad about it from others? This school is better location wise for me but living in Florida, I am also looking at Sheffield
 
I don't know anything about their program but I think that Sheffield would be a better option for you. I think it's better to go with an established school with a good reputation in the industry rather than a brand new school with no reputation yet. Don't get me wrong, their training might be fine...but especially for your first job, hiring managers do look at where you attended school, and if it's a place none of them have heard of, they would be less likely to call you for an interview.
