I wonder where we are in the hiring waves. I know the airline I am at peaks out next year, and slowly declines after that to about 1/2 of what its been over the last few years. I imagine everyone else is in a similar spot?

Alaska has a youngish pilot group, not sure about HAL. And of course with SLI “synergies” that will slow hiring even more.
