I'm pretty sure that it qualifies one for a "for-cause" termination. Still waiting on the NLRB arbitrator to rule on that one though.

I don't know why all these personality tests are being used these days. A simple on-line 10 question timed test on that movie during the application process will bring you the candidates you want to interview. Boom. Money saved.

My theory: every industry has a movie/show that outsiders think is a comedy but is actually a documentary. Aviation has Airplane!, medicine has Scrubs, software/IT has Office Space....
