How long for you guys did it take to go from TOL to FOL?
Did you get any email updates or phone calls during this time?

For Me, after the PEPC, it took about a month. It was a very long month! They didnt email me. I knew they were busy getting all the clearances back, so I didnt email them either, until week 3. They gave me some updates like, "we are waiting for your medical results". But after a month, I finally received my FOL via email. It was the best feeling ever! Sigh of relief and joy!!!
