You bought a plane?! Was this a recent purchuse (what this thread is about) or was back in the days when you were rich before you became a CFI.

I wish I could buy one.
But I was talking about when I was buying the hourly rental, the cost was part of the reason why I flew it.

I owned a C150 once. It had a 0-320 150 hp instead of the 0-200 100 hp. Now that is a fun and exciting airplane. Talk about one heck of a climb rate!
It still didn't to to much for top end speed, but it was a very fun plane to fly!
