ATP good choice?

I have sent certified letters to Mr. Dennis with hopes for a responce but have not received anything yet. For his son, I am unaware of his role in the company.
And wow, one liners?!?! This medium is called the internet. Would someone out there like me to write a novel. Or should i keep it brief, like something that resembles short sentences.
As for my location, I have 2 checkrides this week and don't feel like having JK screw me on those, so I will let you know after I pass them.
And has anyone who is disagreeing checked out the BBB yet? I have not posted anything yet, for the reason I am waiting for Derick D to respond. I was told he is a reasonable and nice person.
So those BBB complaints aren't mine, which means others have had bad experiences with their business practices.

The only reason I ask your location is because I know CFIs at pretty much all the west locations and I was going to ask them if they knew what was up.
Derick Dennis is a stand up guy. After I had a horrible experience in Jacksonville for standardization he personally called and apologized to me, and offered me the job again. I declined, however I was very pleased that he did this.

Something doesnt jive here.
You say you have 2 checkrides left, you also said you where literally on your way to CFI school when Jim K called you up and said "nope."
After your CMEL, which must be done before CFI school. You have:
CSEL, MEI, Single CFI, II.
However if you got booted from going to CFI school then you wouldnt have any of those instructor check rides. Which leaves only 1 checkride. So which 2 check rides do you have this up coming week?!?!

After this was posted it took longer than their contracted 15 days to return the requested refund. Also, about Marty in dispatch...Treated the same way. There was no customer service whatsoever and I was treated with an attitude that I did not expect having given them tens of thousands of dollars.
Quick side not...After I posted my original experience on jetcareers forum, someone..hint hint...from atp managemnt went on, found my post, and copied it to my "permanent record" with ATP...oh no!
My instructor informed me of this simply because he hated ATP too...see other post for why!
I was a bit amused by this being put on my "record" as I had not done anything wrong but share my experiences with ATP...

I was informed of something today, but I don't know the validity. I heard that they do put things like these forum posts in your perminant files. And then they basically try to blackball you. I question this practice, so this is why I am ASKING if its true. (and for rob the recruiter, I am asking other people)

It is easy for you to get on the forum and spout how badly you were treated and singled out, because nobody on the forum has the other side. Well, almost nobody. I wouldn't be so quick to make accusations when others could possibly post the truth and let everyone know WHY you were dismissed from the program.
And no (as any instructor who has access to files can tell you) forum posts aren't in your file. But the times you called and cursed and screamed at dispatch because you didn't want to take a checkride might be...er, if you ever did things like that, of course.
And other than kicking you out of the program, how might ATP "blackball" you? You didnt pay for a rating, you paid for training. If at any time your instructors feel you cant meet the standard, that is passed on. Some things would preclude you from instructing at this time in your life, say, hypothetically of course, you have an anger problem and are uncooperative and refuse to fly and take checkrides. Just a random example of course.

Everything you have posted on jet careers has been so far off center, you have absolutely no validity.
Not everyone who is disgruntled is off base BUT, I have seen it happen more often than not that someone screws up their own program and then comes up with a series of excuses and people to blame. Maybe, just maybe, the problem could be in the mirror. Cali, I would start there.
As for putting forum posts (if they find them) in your file, it is true.
Yes they do log phone calls and all of that, but I have on paper (due to a disgruntled ATP instructor at my location) the entire post from this forum word for word on my printed hard copy.
I wonder if I could scan my records and put them on here lol...
I don't want to get involved with the back and forth stuff that is going on here, and I am not here to stir the pot. I am just posting my experiences and FACTS of what happened to me. I am friendly!
