32.50 starting pay? Spreadsheet says 35.

32.50 was the starting wage on the date of signing of the contract. Where we are now it should be 35.51 I believe. Plus an additional $2.50 an hour once you get signed off on Polar. Overnight shift gets an additional $.50 an hour.
Not sure why Atlas doesn't get more love. They aren't a bad place to work at all.
It's worth noting that the company may be sold soon, so things could change there.

Wouldn’t say that’s totally accurate since we’ve hired people from regionals with no international experience. It’s just a plus.
