I think Airtran flies mainly out of the C & D Concourses.

That's correct, Air Tran mainly uses Concourse C, along with ASA and Frontier Airlines. Concourse D for the most part is America West, Air South, Continental, Northwest, US Airways, Delta, Midwest Express, TWA and Western Pacific. Concourses A and B are solely for Delta, and E is for International flights.

Sorry to tell ya but TWA is defunct.
It now flies under the banner of AA.
