ATC in US Territories?

Hey yall

How does staffing work for the territories? Are all territories under the FAA in terms of staffing?

I know the big ones are Guam and Puerto Rico, but how does it go for the US Virgin Islands? Or about the places like American Samoa etc?

I think it'd be interesting to work in the Virgin Islands? Has anyone seen anyone get picked up for these areas?

According to faa.gov there's a control tower in St. Thomas. I'm sure it's next to impossible to get. Pago Pago currently has no ATC, but not for long it looks like.
 
I do remember one person getting St. Thomas during pubnat1. I forget who it was though.


Edit - After a quick search, it was LinzoATC.
