ATC guys, name your facility

hi guys :) im an Aerdrome controller @ vrmm. i might not be a super controller, but i guess i could answer a few question anyone might have..

we are pretty busy these days.. with all the VFR seaplanes & the IFR planes. how are your traffic these days guys?

Magnetic heading is the direction we tell an aircraft to turn, I.E...the plane points his nose on a heading of 360, but if there is a strong east wind, the aircraft will not fly a 360 heading, the wind will push the a/c westbound. So the aircraft will actually be tracking for example a 340 heading even though his nose is pointed due north. Understand?

Hey all I am USAF ATC for another 5 days then American Eagle FO in the EMB out of BOS.

I worked at Travis Approach, Osan Approach, and McGuire Approach. 6 years worth ATC.

Just curious what made you decide to go pilot and leave ATC? Also did you know anyone from McConnell AFB there at McGuire?

TB
My buddy works Deep Oceanic, is that with you guys?
Yes it is/was. I really didn't know anybody there though. Maybe Chuck Howard 9Who has since moved out to Milwaukee. I know Ed Milloy and Sal Mesineo, and that's about it. Maybe if you mention the name I can recall.
