ATA Students File $4.5 million Lawsuit

I'm not an attorney, but I think in the case of fraud, clear case hear, a class action can move to the front line with a secured creditor. Anyone know? Not that it matters, hard to pay people back with nothing. The secured creditors will get the aircraft, the students will more than likely be SOL. Very sad.

Chunk - the ATA that FlyC is talking about (The Aviation Training Academy) IS owned and run by American Trans Air the airline. The school is located in Indianapolis IN - former college roommate of mine taught there - it is primarily an A&P training facility. ATA the flight training school in Florida is NOT affiliated in any way with American Trans Air the airline.

Way too many ATA's out there

Well now there's one less
