At the majors/cargo as well

I was just trying to get information on all the majors and cargo airlines out there and what they all have to offer. I wanted to know what kind of pay each offers, what kind of flight benefits they offer (once hired on when do they kick in), and what type of health insurance do they offer (once hired on when do they kick in). I understand a lot of people on here are private as to were they work and I understand. This is strictly just for my knowledge to get a better understanding as to where I REALLY want to go in my future plans. If you don't want to post it through this thread and feel more comfortable PM me that's fine as well.
 
I work for a 135 on demand carrier. I bid on trips and when they book, I check weather and NOTAMs and prepare flight plans for each leg, which is two to eight legs per trip depending on aircraft.

I started out at $40K but will never make "major" money. On the positive side, I know all our pilots well; they're not prima donas. I work with the president of the company every day and no day is the same.

Any time I enter a bid, I have to take into consideration aircraft capacity, weight vs. runway length, temps, fuel requirements, duty day and flight time limitations. And, of course I'm all over the WX and NOTAMS at all times.

I'm sure I'm leaving things out, but I love the variety, problem solving, and multi-tasking in the 135 world.
