Are CTI schools rated by the FAA?

Does anyone know if the FAA rates any of the CTI schools as being better than others. I have often heard that UND is the "top rated" CTI school. If there is such a rating system, does anyone know which schools rank 2,3,4, etc.? Just curious.

University of Alaska Anchorage is way up there. I heard Embry Riddle is good, but exspensive.
