Whoa whoa whoa, easy fellas, i like to leave the idea of brass poles at cheesy, dollar slinging places...

Max, step up out of the gutter and join the rest of us.![]()
If nothing else its a good place to hold all the crap in my pockets when I go through security.
Suddenly, the Joe Cocker tune, "You Can Leave Your Hat On" pops into the Cougar's head....
Funny you should say that; I've actually done a private dance for my boyfriend to that song wearing my pilot's cap!![]()
At my airline they are optional (except for MKE based crews) and those who wear them when they don't have to are kind of made fun of, however the day we ordered uniforms they told us we were probably all going to MKE so we'd need a hat. So I got one. Then like 2 days later we got our domicile awards and only 4 of us out of 25 got MKE.I got ORD. No hat required. However now that I paid for it, I'm damn sure going to wear it. If nothing else its a good place to hold all the crap in my pockets when I go through security.

Love it or hate it, you sign up for whatever the uniform policy is when you accept employment. Doesn't necessarily mean that it shouldn't be modified however.
WTF am I supposed to do with a clip on tie? I need something I can work with.
