Cool, thanks for the info Mike my former student is actually Korean and has long-term plans for flying out there, so it should *hopefully* end up having a negligible effect on our market anyway.
I've been in South Florida for the past couple of weeks, the wife and I are beach bumming in Hobe Sound on furlogh-cation but I start Van class on the 28th of this month.
As for the hair, in a far away place, in a time long ago, preparation for an interview in the corporate flying world prompted a shave towards normalcy -

Fwiw I haven't had any problems with the sic. I don't mind the extra pay either. Although I liked Airnets system better. Good for the company and for the pilots.
