Application Gone from ASAP (pubnat7)

Applied to Pubnat7 in 12/08. Took ATSAT in 06/09. ATSAT score of 100 still shows up on main page of ASAP site. I click on the Applications Tab expecting to see my applicatin so I can click on the Submitted link and I find that it is no longer listed at all. Was wondering if they only stayed up there for a year possibly or something.

Anyone else have this trouble in the past or just notice that it happened to them now?
 
That sucks. We are no where close to finding out answers yet and I can't even review the app to see if I'm still on for a future selection panel or if I get the "the position has been filled..." message.

I just sent an e-mail to Aviation Careers with my FAA email address. Usually gets pretty quick and honest responses. Maybe I can get my application reposted on the site so I can review it again, else they are probably gonna have to deal with me asking for weekly updates...
 
Quick irrelevant question:

CTI applicants. I've heard there is a requirement for a certain GPA. Is that correct?

Should probably put this in another thread... but I'm not a mod.

Anyway, not exactly. The FAA doesn't look at your CTI grades, so in that sense, no, there's no requirement. But many CTI schools will refuse to issue a CTI recommendation, which you need in order to apply via CTI, if your GPA is below whatever level they set it at. So in that sense, yes.

Varies by school.
 
I called Aviaton Careers.....lol I know rumor central, but anyway they told me they can still see our applications and they don't know why they are gone but they are working on getting it fixed. I also asked if PUBNAT7 was closed and was informed they have finished contacting people from the October panel but they are not sure if they are going to review any more 7 apps next panel or even when next panel is going to be. But she did say as soon as they make up their mind to close out 7 we will all be notified on ASAP. So I guess there still is a chance, although a small one, that PUBNAT7 is not done!

None of that is on the App anyways...just on the main page of ASAP

I think he may be thinking of that page that shows your individual applications, and if you click on one, it shows status. Other stuff showed up on the main ASAP page. You have more important things to study at the moment, so I think we can forgive the omission.

It's irrelevant though; if its disappeared from ASAP, you don't need it anymore.
 
I am in the same boat. Scored 100 on my ATSAT back in June. I didn't get in for an interview until November and haven't heard a single thing since.

Does anyone have know approximately how much longer we should be looking to wait before school?

Even as a military vet, if you applied under PUBNAT7, you've got a very long time to go. There are still people from PUBNAT 2-6 waiting to get in, so you'll be at the back of the waiting line through at least this fiscal year (ending 09/30/10) and possibly even through FY2011.
