The interview and hiring is done at their headquarters in Bridgewater Virginia. This is a lot of flying, and I work as a part time mechanic and pilot. Just as an example, as a part time pilot I log an average of 75 hours a month.
We fly Westwind III Turboliners (Beech 18 with PT6-20 engines, and some fuselage changes, see the pic at
www.cfitellez.4t.com) and U-21s, more commonly known as the King Air 90.
My advice is to show a real interest, bug and bug, send resumes, call, arrange visits just to look around, and they may consider you. Our operations have lots of guys applying, but only the ones with an eager desire to work for us, get hired. Pay is not that good, but twin turboprop time is golden now a days.
They consider candidates with more than 500 hours, CFI a plus, and with A&P License as golden.
