Anyone willing to take on low time FOs?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a job in the US, preferably west of Ohio. The thing is that I only have 550 total, 450 multi, 350 turbine. Does anyone know somewhere that will hire FOs with my hours? I'll be sending my resume out in a few months. Night flights would be nice, and cargo even better, but I don't think I can be picky right now. Anyone have suggestions for me?

I would imagine most regionals would take you with those hours. You'd have more multi time than the entire class combined.

Adding my curiosity, as well, what turbine were you flying at 200 hours?

Multiple regionals hiring with those times, most cargo isnt going to happen. arent 135 mins 1200TT? Either way Good Luck ~~~

Yea I paid for a bunch of it with a pretty nice scholarship. Better than the 3 hours a week I'd get as a CFI back home. Hell, I couldn't even instruct with the time I started with. They wanted 400 min, 500 preferred, and they had a whole bunch of CFIs and no students. Thanks, Eagle's on my list, with Pinnacle and a few others. We'll see how that works out.

Pinnacle/Colgan/Mesaba is out of your picture. They're hiring into the Saab st Mesaba and it's a hard 1000TT.

PFJ is not cool, scholarship or not. Could have been used for some advanced ratings, not sitting on your hands in a 99.

Wish I had that kinda money...

My only question before I throw more leads towards you, why would you pay for a job!? They should have been paying a qualified pilot to do that....

CFI for a year or two someplace busy for a year or two and you will have many more options. Below 1200TT your options are pretty limited.

On the upside, weather in FL is pretty nice this time of year.

Not even... a 99 hauling boxes needs a co-pilot about as much as a 172. so yeah, nobody is actually "paying" for a job when they buy SIC time in a 99. Its simply worthless time and experience IMO
