Anyone got info on Tulum Mexico?

Im trying to track down info on Tulum Mexico.

It looks like there is a Naval Air Station there but some info that I have read says that its a civil airport and most of the others say that its military but none state that its joint use. Anyone got ideas on how to track down info on Mexican airports? There is nothing like Airnav for mexico...so im kinda stuck.
 
AOPA - You can get all the info you need for flying across the border from them.

Beware some of the smaller Mexican airports, they can be truly an adventure...

i found some good information but at this point i cant figure out if MM49/MTUY is joint use or strictly MIL. There seems to be no contact info for the airport. And this could get interesting if they want us to fly at night into this place...no beacon and no lights. Sure, thats going to happen.
