Anyone got a Nan Gaylord CFI ride gouge?

Any of you guys in the Tulsa area done a checride with Jennifer Wise?
I have not, but some of my friends and students have. They all say she is great. Don't know if you know, but she is a check-airman at Southwest. Great person to talk to, and not at all bad on the eyes...
Interesting thing about her - she will make you do a post-flight on the aircraft...

I have met Jennifer. Very nice lady.....

The FSDO won't do a checkride in 2 airplanes. I am doing it in 2 airplanes to save $$.

This checkride means a lot to me, and if it is wrong for me to try and give myself every advantage possible, (i.e. a gouge) then I guess i am wrong.

Thank you all for any help.

How much are you possibly saving by doing the ride in 2 airplanes?

Can't be much and factor in two separate flights, taxis, pre/post flights, ect. Seems like more room for error all to save a few dollars.

I never liked giving out gouges. Learn as if you were taking a test with a random examiner and you will be a better pilot for it.
Then you don't like having your students to be as prepared as they could be.

There is nothing secret about how an examiner conducts a practical test. In fact, I have found that most examiners will tell you exactly how he will conduct a checkride if you ask him.

And there is no such thing as a "random" examiner ;)

Hey I just called Nan and she was totally cool with me giving you my gouges I wrote from my rides with her. She was happy someone wanted them. I emailed you.

I heard that there was a lady in tulsa who the feds were letting do initial CFI rides. Are either of these two ladies the one i heard about? I also heard that whoever it is charges about $500 or $600. Any validity to that? If so, i'll keep sending my kids to OKC. that gets close to a thousand dollar check ride assuming an initial pass.

Of course that is all based on heresay

If the OKC FEDS do let you go with a DPE I know that Jennifer Wise can do initials. I'm not sure about Nan but I believe she can as well. And yes, the cost is 600 big ones.....

Minneapolis area the going rate is $250 - $300 depending on the ride. Suprised it is so expensive in other areas.

Dang that is a lot of money for a checkride. That's like 80 bucks an hour for a CFI Ride...assuming it takes 8 hours! Now maybe there is a lot more work that goes into it after a DPE is done with the candidate that i don't know about.

Come on guys...The OKC FSDO aint that bad. well relatively speaking not 600 bucks worth of bad.
