Anyone from Grand Canyon Airlines?

I have not seen any minimums posted, but from what the chief pilot has told me they have hired wet ink commercial multi before.

I hope that helps.

Thanks. Seems like an okay airline to work for SIC time and build my hours to get into a regional. My only concern is will I build a lot of hours quickly? Seems like majority of the recent pilot expierences say yes, but some old expierences say no? Is there a reason that it changed. Don't wanna move and get situated to find out that it's gonna take me longer to build those 7-800 hours to get my rATP....

Hopefully 1 year?

It's a good place to get some good stick skills and build time. The pistons are all gone now from what I hear, that's what I flew was the 207. All twotters and caravans now. Used to be able to pull down some good coin in tips back when we narrated the tours ourselves and before GCA owned everything. That benefit was gone once they took over. Other than that, I had a great experience working there.

I doubt it. Rumor mill said the FAA said no more 10 on 4 off. Now days your lucky to see 3 consecutive days off. Less than 10 full crews with dual qualed 208 pilots in the mix.

The number they always seemed to shoot for is 25 crews. Lucky to have those numbers by the end of the year.

Cant speak to much for the south rim. But I doubt it. Currently only 1 captain based up their.

What does the field look like now? I've connected with some of their pilots on LinkedIn and Facebook. Emailed a resume to them. I was told they hired too many FO's in 2015 and people weren't able to log as many hours. TM told me to wait on a phone call to set up an interview. Have CMEL, instrument, 525TT, and 1.6 ME pic! 60 ME now. Going from a FADEC Diamond da-42 to a 1962 C310G is quite an adjustment. A real multi!
