Seems like the referral lists are out again. Made the two states i would want to work in. Hopefully i'll get an e-mail this time around. Maybe April?
 
I'm a CTI Grad. It was for announcement 12655 that came out last March. I've made all the referral list thus far but no e-mails so really i am not expecting anything. (Probably now i'll get it since i am somewhat indifferent)

You went CTI and have been waiting a year? Did you apply to the CTI announcement or the PUBNATs?

Hey I'm totally on the same boat. I'm a CTI Graduate and have been waiting for over a year now. I'm at the point where I'm contemplating just changing careers. I have been on the referral list 3 times already and no luck yet.

Anyway, I guess the only thing to do now is wait until they have PUBNAT 8- maybe I should of applied to the PUBNATS from the beginning.

Sorry buddy, I feel your pain. Like I said before, I've gotten that same response 3 times already.
 
Same here... :( And they said PUB 7 was looking good...It's not like I wasted 16 months in this process. And from what I read, I don't think I'll be getting my CTI. I'd much rather get my business management degree than a specialized one like CTI or aviation management.

I guess it's back to CFI ground school and finally become an instructor.
 
I will have my Management Information Systems degree at the end of this summer. Was hoping to have that and ease into ATC. And from what I hear, more PUBNATs might not even be announced for quite some time. I guess I will just keep my eye out.

You mean until the select for 8? Cuz it came and went already

Not really, I'm still counting on my CTI. I just thought that if there WAS a PUBNAT9 that I'll apply for that as well, increasing my chances of being called.

Plus, the only way to retake the ATSAT is by OTS. They don't let you retake the ATSAT if you're CTI.
