I was in for the minimum $99, til they insisted on my SS#.
Exit time,...
They are claiming nearly $5 million investment to date.
Intent of leasing 4 Hondas for West Coast ops.

That sounds absolutely ridiculous. You have no idea how much that share of stock is diluted and that's to say this company is actually even a success. Please everyone stay away, unless you realize you'd have better odds with your money rolling dice and who knows what else.

I just skimmed the prospectus out of morbid curiosity... It’s so diluted that if the total authorized stock (500,000,000) were, say, gallons of water in a pool and a reasonable investment ($99 for 300 shares) was processed through a child’s bladder before being counted, I would, without question, not only drink said water but I would feel comfortable serving the water at a 5 star restaurant. (Less than 1 PPM)

An Uber style aviation startup during the pandemic? Hard Pass.

Other considerations, founder got a grant of 85 Mil shares. Previous crowdfunding raised 1mil, for 17mil of stock. “Sold” at .06/share. And from earlier fundraising... 2 Mil more shares outstanding sold at .03/share. CEO also has 5.4 MIL of options at a .06 strike price.

So, yeah... Vegas odds are probably better.

But my opinion in matters of finance are worthless. I’ve still got those Iraqi Dinars that a Capt helped me get. Any day now. And another pilot just invited me attend a free webinar with him about financial freedom. I said I would, but I have to inventory all of this meal replacement stuff I have in my house. :)

Yeah but did you see they use the BLOCKCHAIN to sell back hours (idk why you need the block chain if the time is bought and paid for) or running transactions through an APP that other charter brokers can't do on the weekend (?) :ooh:

They're selling an app. Leasing jets to be flown and managed on another certificate.

Starting a private jet charter business in this economy, what could possibly go wrong?

It depends on what kind of jet. Turbo props, small jets, and midsized jets travel are recovering quite nicely. The large cabin jets are still lagging a bit though. It will be going strong as soon as the mandatory quarantine goes away in the Northeast....if it ever goes away.

If the offer includes/requires tokens or "______ coin", it's probably a scam or at best, a poorly thought out business plan.

((why not both?))

To be honest, people want to avoid the airlines, and there is less airline service with airlines routinely selling 4-8 hour connections to many cities due to the 70% reduction in normal traffic so...I mean, maybe. Who knows? Can't just write them off yet. Not that I'm going to invest, just sayin.
