Has Anybody seen UFO while flying what will you say to the ATC and how will you react to this situation.

The UFO begins flying around your plane you begin to get nervous. What would you do

If I ever DID see a UFO while flying, the last thing on my mind would be saying anything to ATC!

That'd just mean that after I arrive at the destination, I'll be jacketed and taken away!

In america is the UFO a dangerous thing to talk about... im just curious b/c i live in canada and i read a lot about this stuff and wanting to becomea pilot, i feel like want to know information about this

yeah we southerners dont talk about UFOs much.....theres a taboo around them.

i had thought if you seen anything unusal in the air you would report it to ATC well its kind of differnet then

The few pilots that have done so have been declared "mentally unstable" to the point their medicals were revoked, and they lost their jobs.....

Is that true? Where did you hear that? Thanks.

I've heard that too, but my only reference is "Coast to Coast" with Art Bell.

So I'm a WEIRDO!

FlyChi would.

As stated, a joke. No pilot has had any such action against them for reporting seeing anything. More importantly, nobody has really seen anything to my knowledge, aside from a few optical illusions. Personally, I've been flying all over the planet at all hours of the day/night for the better part of 30 years now and have yet to see anything I could not explain. Nothing against UFOs or the concept, I would love to see something, but at this point I doubt that they actually exist!

I came about 30 feet from hitting one of those shiney metalic ballons at about 12500 feet once. What it was doing up on the airway between the Milford and Mormon Mesa VOR's, I don't know. Some kid probably tied a message to it and sent it aloft. (Apparently the balloon understood radio navigation.) Should have swerved to hit it, but with my luck, the debris would have clogged the air intake.

Guys, should we let him know about the anal probing being false?

Dude, it's much worse. Much worse.

There's weird stuff that I don't even know what it is in the R-5107 and R-4808 areas of New Mexico and Nevada, respectively. Orb-type lights that are moving in formation, and other stuff. I don't know, and don't ask......but I'm definately curious.

If you're talking about those tacky tourist mylar baloons, come on down to Orlando. They're all over the sky. Another fine product brought to you by the fine folks at Walt Disney World......
