There's no such thing as an aircraft dispatcher template. Just find any template online that you like and go from there.

Honestly...I would first get a few good friends to look it over and give advice.
Your post has ALL CAPS! in the title, missing capitalization, misspelled words, spacing before punctuation marks, and just doesn't read that well.
I am by no means trying to rip on you - The errors aren't horrible. I have simply done hiring in the past, and wouldn't give a second look to misspelled and poorly formatted resumes.

FWIW, I would ask friends who have actually been hired at a major airline to look over your resume. Welcome the crtiticism and make the changes they suggest. Ask multiple people and formulate your resume using a combination of their suggestions. I can’t say I am 100% certain, but I think it made a difference for me. I had 0 hits on apps to the majors until I did this. Afterwards, I had instant success. Maybe it was just luck, but doing this can’t hurt. Good luck!

I’m 2/2 on resume fixing.

Canva.com has tons of really fun, professional, eye-catching templates that makes you look like you put serious work into putting your resume together. Oh, and when describing past jobs, have 3-4 bullet point always starting with past-tense verbs (coordinated, dispatched, etc.) with the present job having present-tense verbs (construct, assist, etc.)

Granted I've been working in banking and retail for 7 years now, but I have a damn good rate of getting call backs from any job I apply to because my resume is so sleek - including SWA just yesterday.

I work at a major and have experience holding interviews with many competitive candidates. Im also available to review and share information in regards to resume building.

IMHO dispatch specific isn’t probably going to exist enough on the internet, but maybe. I remember when I did mine, I started with a general one I had in college. I added as much about my gate agent/ramp job to get my first dispatch position. Then every time I got hired again I maximized the amount about dispatch I could. Every time I used pilot resumes, but a ton of them, to get a feel for what I should do. I was looking for 1 description in 100 resumes maybe to add on. 3-5 bullet points for several airlines gets hard because dispatch isn’t always different from one airline to another. As others have said, punctuation and spelling are paramount. I will also add in that properly using a high vocabulary can also be important. Some corporations have been known to place resumes into programs to search for keywords. Scoring high on those searches can mean all the difference if you don’t have someone placing your resume at the top. Even then it’s a good idea to articulate to the highest intellectual level you’re able to just so that even when it’s in the hands of the manager. Just my two cents, as for the part where I offer to review it. I proxy my viewing and assistance to @womanpilot73

Time to resurrect this thread. Having gone Oh-Fer on the last three major classes, it's time for someone other than my ego (now NOTAMed OTS UFN) to have a look at my resume. If you're game, I'd greatly appreciate the time and assistance.

DM me here, please and thank you.
