Any RAVN pilots out there?

The plan I have heard is a slow phase out (by 2020) and going to all Dash 8s. Of course 5 years is an eternity so who knows what will actually happen.

This would concern me a little bit as far as upgrade goes, since we are probably done buying Dashes. However with all of the hiring going on across the industry it's anyone's guess.
