Thanks. Not looking forward to a two leg commute to NYC when I can go direct. The only difference is a 1+30 to 2+00 minute drive to RDU as opposed to a 10 minute drive to the airport at home.
Don't quote me on this, but I think the parking office's policy is that you have to live within a certain radius of the airport to qualify. I know there's several guys who drive up from the coast who don't qualify for it and use Preflight or one of the private companies and get a deal on it. There's a Delta gate/ticket agent who has the info on it and will sign the paperwork for you if you qualify--I can get her name if you'd like so you can shoot her an email.
If you have jumpseat priviledges, you can jump on Eagle. We have direct flights to LGA out of RDU.Thanks. Not looking forward to a two leg commute to NYC when I can go direct. The only difference is a 1+30 to 2+00 minute drive to RDU as opposed to a 10 minute drive to the airport at home.

I've heard this also.
But the details were specific countys that you had to be living in nearby- and they want copies of drivers license/home utility bills to make this proof for the employee lot is what i've been told by some of my commuting friends from there. I only occasionally go over to RDU-it seems like of all things i'm working those flights more than commuting on them
