Unless you are a citizen of many of those countries there are very few that hire low time or inexperienced pilots. Surreal mentioned one that will hire First Officers, Air Japan. There are a few others, but you still need to have a few thousand hours minimum to qualify for them. In no particular order they are Cathay Pacific, Dragonair, China Airlines, Eva Airways, Hong Kong Airlines, Hong Kong Express, Tiger, Scoot, Jetstar Asia, Air Macau, Lion Air, Korean Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Cebu Pacific, plus a lot more of the Japanese contracts through agencies.
You have to be careful with many of them because they either have onerous bonding periods or even require payment up front for a type rating.
Not anywhere near as good as it used to be, but might work if you are already living in Hong Kong and have rich parents is the Cathay Pacific second officer program. The reason you need rich parents is Cathay don't pay a housing allowance to new hire second officers anymore so you need to live with them :stir:.
