Any Club Jet pilots on here?

As the title says..looking for anyone with info on Club Jet. I had a Skype interview last week, and wondering if anyone else had one, or if anyone had much info on the place. I know the fly Hawkers, 11/9 schedule and home based, thats about it.
 
75% of their pilots had left in the last couple of months including the chief pilot so I bet they are scrambling over there.
 
Seemed like a decent place schedule wise etc...I think the pay is the biggest factor. Heard it was 35K then after 90 days it goes to 40k/yr, with in house SIC type rating.

While I agree with that to some point, the fact that no contaminated runway testing was done for certification is the real problem. I don't know the circumstances of the ORD incident but this airplane has a combination of factors that contribute to a real pickle on contaminated surfaces. We were all waiting for the first one to go off...
