In DC for a few days and went to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum Udvar-Hazy Center. Great way to pass a few hours. Couldn't resist this one ...

Good call I love that place. My younger brother and I spent 4 hrs there enjoyed every second, lost track of time then realized we had less than 2.5 hrs to get to BWI for his flight out right at the beginning of DC rush hour. We made it but only because I let him out at the terminal vs parking. By the time I had dropped him off, parked and walked back to the terminal, he had already boarded his flight.

You said it...It's been about 2 years since I was there, and I still have the shuttle pic saved on my phone.

Shuttle Enterprise was amazing. Really surprising how far aft of the nose the lateral axis is. Price of admission is a real deal. $1.00 for the shuttle from Dulles!

What a neat place.

Spent an afternoon with the folks there a few months ago.
It is definitly a cool place to visit and walk around in.
