anti-depressants in the past

They can get a court order if they wanted to. You are dealing with feds.If You got into a accident and they think something is up they find out...Your aviation insurance co. will look into it also, they will do everything possible not to pay...Just me 2 cents

I was totally honest on my form when getting my Class 1, and said that i had been on wellbutrin and had been in counseling for a few months while my parents were in the middle of a divorce. I called the AME beforehand with this information, and he told me simply to get a letter from my counselor stating what my condition was and that i was fine and no longer needed antidepressants. I do not know if this could create problems in the future; however, i got my class one issued that same day, and have heard nothing further about it. Does anyone knowledgable know if they could all of a sudden pull my medical in the future, or if it could create problems getting hired because that is stated on my record?

You've got the medical, you're probably pretty safe with this one. On further medicals just put in the explaination box, "Previously listed, no change" or something like that (Ask the AME, there is specific verbage you should use). As far as you getting hurt at an airline for it, you'll find out, but you shouldn't worry about the FAA.
