You can get a nice house for that price. Although living in a 727 sounds much more fun

The way things are going in FL, you can get a nice 3/2 with a pool for about $200. All that, and it's so close to your neighbor, you can wave hello from the bathroom in the morning.
 
I do like the "cockpit lounge" part though.... you could set up your bar along the panel, and have your captains chairs... install a plasma tv over the door....

THAT would be the life.

I heard you can get a stored L-1011 for about 300k, but it would cost around $12 million to keep it in the air.

on the bottom it says you can ms flight sim installed for 11k that sounds like fun fully functioning cockpit... hey honey where would you like to go tonight....ummm how about amsterdam i heard they have good................ummm........brownies

That said, I'd still consider it ... if it had a moat ... with a couple'a alligators ... and the jetway would be my drawbridge ... and instead of wenches, there'd be stewardesses. That would be totally awesome.
