I used to lift back in my high school days. 6'3" 170lbs. Most I ever benched was 220; squat was 3 something. I was a weakling

If they got that in Vegas im down. Those numbers arent bad at all for HS. In fact above average. I benched 250 and squat 315 in HS. Im trying to get back to that level now

I benched 205 after a heavy work out and run....I'm 145-150
