What's the job market like for a new CFI in Alaska, specifically Anchorage?

Elmendorf Aero Club would be the best place to work. Stay away from Take flight alaska. AeroTech is hit and miss.

They're not too bad. I wouldn't work at AeroTech. TFA is finicky, sometimes good, some times bad. Doug Anckney is a great guy, and I wouldn't mind having him as a boss. That being said, the ownership (Last Frontier Air Ventures) is kind of sketchy.
