An apology for a previous post

Hey all, I like to be a straight shooter on here, earlier I had posted something that said that it woudl be impossible to get a job at delta because of the flow throughs of compass and xj and I was basically p/o'd about it. I did some more research on it and I would like to say I am sorry.
Correct me if I am wrong but it seems like compass can flow 20 per class but only 25% of their pilot group per year lets just say they have 370 pilots. That is 93 pilots per year. Mesaba can flow 9 per month. That is 108 pilots per year. So we have a total of 201 pilots flowing. On the compass side though you have to be a captain for a year and be at compass for 2 or 3 years before you can flow as well so that will slow thier flow down as well. Basically, in the begnining its going to be very hard to get in there, but after a year it should open up a bit. So there you go there is a humble apology

You're mostly correct.

Compass has 400 pilots. One quarter of the list in a rolling 12 month period is 100 pilots. That is currently the limiting factor and not the 30 month longevity requirement, and this will remain the same as long as Compass stays about the same size it is now. There is no one year captain requirement, only that someone must be captain at the time they flow and have 30 months longevity.

Mesaba can flow 9 per month as you mentioned.

So if, in the future, Delta needed 500 new hires in one rolling 12 month period, there'd be 300+ slots for off-the-street hires if the flowthroughs were followed exactly as written.
