Dispatchers are on a payscale. Training pay is $70K until signed off, then base pay goes up to $78K, not including built-in overtime. Schedule-wise, they work 4-3-3-4 or 4-4-3-3, depending on the side of the week they work (Sun-Wed, or Wed-Sat—every other Wednesday off)
