Im curious how hard it is to get a particular base (if you don't care about quick upgrade) and what you guys thought about MX, Management, and QOL. I have heard some great things about them. I understand their training is very challenging and you have to be a better than average pilot. Being in the SoCal area, they will probably be one of the first places I apply to once I have the hours and the experience. There are several pilots here on JC that I believe have experience working for them.
