Just wondering if anyone on here works or has worked for AMF. Im curious how hard it is to get a particular base (if you don't care about quick upgrade) and what you guys thought about MX, Management, and QOL. Just hit the IFR135 mark and Im hoping to be able to get on with AMF one of these days. Thanks!

I have heard some great things about them. I understand their training is very challenging and you have to be a better than average pilot. Being in the SoCal area, they will probably be one of the first places I apply to once I have the hours and the experience. There are several pilots here on JC that I believe have experience working for them.

Trybysky has been at Amflight about seven months and is on the B99 out of Seattle. You might send him a PM.
