Ameriflight Still Hiring

From what I've heard, they are working on getting a class together for EMB-120 FO's right now. There will be a few positions open in the near future. If you are interested, get you app in for this position. They have hired 500-600 hour pilots for the 120's in the past. When your year commitment is up and you meet 135 mins, you can upgrade to the 99. If you're currently flight instructing, this is a pretty big experience upgrade. You get SIC typed at FSI in a transport category aircraft. You will learn a lot, build ME turbine SIC time, develop CRM skills, and get real world flying experience.

Thank you for that heads up. Submitted resume and filling out app now.

How is Family life at AMF? Is QOL better if you're out stationed or vice versa? Is it feasible to survive financially say with two kids and no debt(no school/car loans, etc...)? Does your wife pretty much have to be a sugar momma? Haha

If you have a lot of high performance aircraft time then maybe. Most likely not for a direct 99 hire. Chieftain isnt a bad stepping stone. The chieftain has likely contributed to my success in the metro.
