I have my phone interview with Mrs. Hudson tomorrow about a position in OAK flying multi. Wish me luck....

Can anyone fill us all in on what it would be like to be a new PA31 hire at either the PDX or OAK bases? The email I got explaining the basics said M-F, depart PDX/OAK to your destination, wait all day, then fly home in the evening. My questions are, what are the routes like? Do you fly the same route day-to-day? What is there to do when you're waiting for the evening return flight? Upgrade times?

I assumed so, was just curious for some input from people who have been through it recently

I was told that they will put you in a hotel or an apartment while you stay at the outstation. .

As far as upgrades they can be anywhere from 2 months to 14 months depending on how everything works out. I was told they had someone upgrade to the metro in 2 months in 2010.
