Actually in my metro class we had a SIC guy fail. He failed his written which happened to be open book for him.

He went to the next class and passed.

The American at our base that we had got hired at AMF washed out of training and then was hired at Skywest.

Instructing is the cheaper way to go though.

He is probably much better off for it.

I had some in my indoc class not pass the test at the end of the week. No idea what happened to them from there.
