Ameriflight CVG base?

(KLB can explain it, but my understanding of CVG has always been 3 weeks on, 1 week off, depending on a lot of things)

Not anymore. Now it's whatever the acp comes up with. In the 7 months I was at that dump I never went more than 3 weeks with the same schedule. Not talking routes I'm talking days off. You migh as well work 7 days a week because you can never plan anything. Thinking about CVG and how they treated me and how my friends there that still have to deal with the inept management there gives me heartburn. Pilots, dispatch, and all mx except for the mx manger were awesome at CVG. Everyone else I wouldn't stop if I passed their car in a ditch.
 
I have to say that there has been some attempts at making the base better, but it is always sort of chaotic when they're always a few pilots short of being properly staffed.
 
CVG is the best base! for delta or whatever rjs that come in here. RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!! If you want to take CVG just for the fast metro spot and then move back west HAHAHAHAHA you can try but once you are in CVG you are at Ameriflight CVG, not to be mixed up with Ameriflight. Ameriflight and Ameriflight CVG are not the same company you can only go from Ameriflight to Ameriflight CVG not the other way around. Look at it this way I was a EMB120 cap in CVG and I put a bid in for PA31 BUR/ONT LOL never heard a word about it LOL
