American Leads with 150K Bonuses

I'm sorry for my late rambling post. I had a few pops, got online and posted. However, now having 100% clarity of mind, the post is overall true.

I have gotten wind from a couple of guys I know in the industry that have close ties to HQ at Delta and United. They are taking this move seriously and in essence, it IS a shock and awe strategy from AA. Just think of the inferior feed that United and Delta both have. It's quite obvious when you set foot on a Whisky 200 or Commutair 145. Delay prone, dirty aircraft, many times unprofessional crews. When you set foot on an Envoy 175, you can't tell one bit of difference than when you walk onto an AA 73 or Bus. Since AA has gotten to this point, it's something Delta and United are going to have to address if they want to keep up. My opinion only of course but it comes with excellent background information.

how many Envoy birds ended up off the runway in the last few years?

As many of you have heard by now, Envoy pilots will be receiving 150k in retention bonuses. This is a shock and awe strategy AA is doing that will further cement Envoy and AA as the new American. It will completely throw Delta and United off and word is they have already been caught off guard by this. Trying to feed their airline with inferior product just became 10 times harder.

LOL. I spent a week doing stuff around HQ and not even a peep. Don’t flatter yourself! :)
